Risk awareness - is an important aspect of our service and is the first stage in the risk insurance and education process. It is aimed at Management and Finance Officers and Housing and Maintenance Officers but can be delivered to whichever members of staff you nominate and tailored appropriately. It provides participants with an overview of the concept and control of risk and how your insurance programme responds to those risks.
