Directions
From London (A12 northbound)
Take first Chelmsford Exit (A1016 turn off) following Chelmsford sign. At the end of the dual carriageway go straight on at roundabout. At the next roundabout take the second exit sign posted Maldon. Take the first exit at the next roundabout sign posted Town Centre. Drive almost to the end and you will see Fenton House on the right hand side.
From Colchester (A12 southbound)
Follow signs to Chelmsford Town Centre, A138. At 5th roundabout after A12 take the 4th exit to Town Centre. Continue straight across at the next roundabout and take the second left hand turn at the traffic lights into New London Road. Fenton House can immediately be seen on the left hand side.
Walking Directions
Take the front exit from the train station out onto Dukes Street (Railway Tavern Pub in front). Bear left and take the first right heading towards RSA. Keep walking and keep to the left hand side of the road. You will go past a multi storey car park and, again, keep walking ahead. You will then have a dual carriageway and the cricket ground on your right hand side and the River Chelmer on your left. Keep walking until you come to an underpass. Use this and take the first steps on the left to get back to ground level. The second building on your left will be Fenton House where FARR are based.
