Our online claims system, Claims Online, has been developed specifically to record and display data relevant to housing associations and an important feature of the system is that it can be accessed by you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is an integral part of the service we provide and is included within the core fee.

 

FARR pioneered the development of web accessed claims databases over 10 years ago and Claims Online continues to lead the way in terms of its usability and functionality.

Claims Online’ provides:

•User defined reporting tools which search by chosen criteria: date range, loss type, geographical area, third party name etc.  

•Pre-set ‘standard’ reports (those used regularly) as determined by you

•The facility to download data into your own system (Excel/Access) to allow inclusion in management reports or for further analysis/modelling

•Current and historic position of claims and costs – outstanding reserves, settled payments, amounts to be recovered etc

•Period by period comparison

•Analysis of claims incurred versus reported during a given period to identify trends or training requirements

•The ability to produce tabular and graphical snapshots of your claims at any time, without the need to refer to us
